Please submit your custom design within 5 business days of completing a custom order, after which the full purchase price will be converted to non-refundable store credit. Custom designs will be reviewed within 2 business days of submission and a digital mock-up will be emailed to you for approval. Custom orders will not be fulfilled until your final approval has been received.
Please submit a high-quality square image in PNG or SVG format. Maximum file size is 5 MB.
Obscene and/or offensive images shall not be submitted and will not be approved and the full purchase price will be converted to non-refundable store credit.
If you are re-ordering a previously approved custom design, please provide the original confirmation number in the space below. Any changes/modifications to the approved design will require new confirmation and approval.
